When Corvallis School District (CSD) Elementary schools close (for grading, teacher well-being or parent-teacher conferences), we offer half-day and full-day camp for kids aged 8-12 years. Campers will enjoy all of the Clubhouse amenities, including arts & crafts, group creative projects, independent drawing & painting, ping pong and table hockey, books and kids graphic novels, social game room with tables, chairs and a large board games library, and more!
To ensure our guests’ excellent experiences, our maximum capacity for Non-School Day Camp is 12 children. Please note: Chester’s Clubhouse is an indoor facility, and we do not offer any outdoor activities.
Half-Day Campers may choose the Morning (7:30a-12:00p) or Afternoon (12:30p-5:00p) session. Full-Day Camp runs from 7:30a-5:00p (lunch not provided; please bring sack lunch).
Parents: We offer “In-and-Out privileges” during parent-teacher conference days; this allows children to return to camp following a family’s scheduled teacher conference. Please alert staff at time of enrollment, to make arrangements.
Advance enrollment is required; no drop-in guests allowed. Clubhouse membership is also required; please call (541) 257-1051 to arrange membership (cost is $25/yr which includes discounts and access to all Clubhouse special events and camps).
WHAT TO BRING
Full-Day Campers must bring a sack lunch. Water, paper cups and snacks are provided to all campers, during both sessions. Shoes are not required, but campers must wear socks.

Full-Day Campers may enjoy the sack lunch they bring, in our dining area, during the 12:00p-12:30p session transition period. Full-day Campers are invited to watch the optional G-rated movie during the morning OR the afternoon session, but not both; there will be plenty of alternative activities and games to choose.
*Parent or guardian must accompany children into and out of the building during check-in and check-out. Parking lot drop-offs and pick-ups are prohibited.
